Tenant Representative - Phoenix Realty Advisors

I have recently been retained by a Phoenix based commercial real estate firm called Phoenix Realty Advisors. My duty as a PGA Golf Professional is to conduct regular golf clinics, demonstrations, networking activities, play days, individual instruction, etc. designed to enhance relationships with our clientele. I have developed standing agreements with many exclusive golf facilities in the Phoenix area to conduct these sessions on a regular basis. We have found that many business decision makers are particularly interested in the game of golf and enjoy conducting business in a golf setting.

Our firm focuses on all businesses with regard to their office space leasing decisions. We represent the office user through an objective evaluation of the marketplace, assisting in all phases of negotiation or renegotiation of their lease agreement, and guide them through the entire process of procuring a space ideally suited for their needs. Our service is free to our clients as landlords are the ones who pay our fees.
